You'll have access to an online training schedule, mental training exercises, inspirational stories, motivational blogs/videos, expert coaching advice, team Zoom/Google Hangout meetings and an online community of runners so you can learn from and be uplifted/inspired by those around you challenged by the same obstacles. This is great for those looking to get into running for the first time, or those who need extra accountability to keep up their already demanding training.
