Private, personal, dedicated 1-on-1 coaching by Coach Jimmy Dean to support all your running goals. 1-ON-1 COACHING INCLUDES • Personal coaching by Coach Jimmy Dean, fueled by 3+ decades of running & racing, 2+ decades of coaching experience • Training schedule designed specifically for you, built on a periodization model (peak fitness/performance at goal race) • Mental training exercises (homework), inspiration, motivation, and guidance • Skype / FaceTime video coaching calls bi-weekly (30-45 min calls) • Access to any and all running topic related elements you need/want support on (fueling, form, core/stability training, etc.) • Specialty workout design (speed, hills, intervals, threshold, etc) & assessment to measure progress and create target zones • Dedicated 1-on-1 running coaching for any distance (immense experience with newbie runners and advanced athletes alike) • Unlimited text/email interaction/support as needed to adjust training schedule, answer questions, address injuries, etc. • Race/goal planning (60 min War Room goal race planning session covering fueling, effort zones, pacing by elevation profile) • Endless High Fives (from 6+ feet away or through screens)
TUITION RATES $200* per month *1-time $145 startup fee & 3 month minimum commitment (for first time clients)
1-ON-1 COACHING SESSION (in person OR by phone/Skype - form/breathing drills, cadence work, speed/zone training, etc.) *1 session: $80 (during a paid 1-on-1 training program) / $140 (stand alone sessions, not during a paid training program) *6 sessions: $420 (during a paid 1-on-1 training program) / $700 (stand alone sessions, not during a paid training program)
